Community Support

MCA Member Firms and UA Members are active in supporting the community and the institutions that make our standard of living better.

They actively support the United Way, For Love Of Children, and are active in local community government. They also support the outstanding medical facilities in the greater Dayton area and recognize the asset these facilities are to the community. MCA Member Firms and the UA Local No. 162 also strongly support the need for proper medical care for their employees and members. The labor agreement between the MCA of Greater Dayton and UA Local No. 162 provides for group health care for all of UA Local No. 162's members.
