The perfect partnership - the MCA Contractors supplied the raw materials and tools and the members of the Joint Apprenticeship Committee, second year apprentices and the Local 162 Business Agents provided the manpower to install the heating, ventilation and air conditioning for one of the First Lady Hope Taft's home in her Circle of Hope Project.
